At Madame Q, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 3 risk free manicure procedure. If you didn't make use of our 3 risk free manicure solution, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Treatment 1: Follow our easy video instructions to get started.
  • Treatment 2: Reach out to our in house nail-tech attached with an image of your manicure. We can directly give easy tips and tricks to improve the quality of your manicure.
  • Treatment 3: In the rare case you still don’t see results, we’ll provide a complimentary 1-on-1 video call to walk you through each step.
  • Still not happy? Apply for a return label and get 100% refund of the purchased products.

Eligibility for returns without 3 risk free manicures.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@madame-q.com to request a return form.
  2. Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item was damaged during transport.
  • If the issue is on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item was damaged during transport, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. In such cases, you can return the product at no cost to you.
