File off the top coat until the entire nail surface looks matte. The more you remove from the dipping powder manicure, the faster the acetone will work.
step 2 - prepare remover bowl
A: FILL THE REMOVER BOWL
It is important to use WARM WATER, as it helps activate the acetone, making the removal process faster and more efficient.
